Who we are

These Payment Terms apply to rent and related payments made through this website to 821 South Main, LLC, owner of the commercial office building at 821 S Main St, Kemmerer, WY 83101 (“we,” “us,” “821 South Main”).

How payments are processed

Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card or bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems. We do not collect or store your full payment card or bank account numbers. Your use of the payment feature is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

One-time and recurring payments

You may make a single (one-time) rent payment, or set up an automatic monthly payment. If you set up an automatic monthly payment, you authorize 821 South Main, LLC, through Stripe, to charge your selected payment method the agreed rent amount on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Changing or cancelling automatic payments

You may update your payment method or cancel an automatic monthly payment at any time using the management link included in the receipt Stripe emails you, or by contacting us. Cancelling an automatic payment does not by itself change or end your lease or your obligation to pay rent under it.

Amounts, due dates, and your lease

The amount and due date of your rent are governed by your lease, not by this website. Please confirm the correct amount before paying. If you are unsure, contact us and we will confirm it or send you a tailored payment link.

Refunds and errors

If you believe a payment was made in error or in the wrong amount, contact us promptly and we will work with you to correct it. Any refund or credit will be handled in accordance with your lease and applicable law.
